Dongguan Wan Ma plastic packaging products Co.,Ltd.is a company engaged in plastic packaging design,mold manufacturing,plastic production professional packaging manufacturer.In April 2007,we first set up OA packaging products Co.,Ltd.,Shenzhen,mainly engaged in the packaging design and blister production of TFT and accessories.The expansion of production capacity in order to better serve customers,our factory in Shenzhen in June 2016 will be moved to Dongguan Humen,renamed as"Dongguan Wan Ma plastic packaging products Co.ltd.".

As Casio,TDK,NSG packaging materials suppliers,in 9 years we strive to meet customer demand,in the work of the accumulation of a large number of plastic packaging design and production experience,we are confident to give our customers a satisfactory product packaging.In order to meet the needs of different industries,Dongguan factory has set up three production workshops:

1.:with the knife mold workshop CNC machine tool(CNC)two units,mainly used for Aluminum Alloy mold engraving plastic molding mold,ensure the dimensional accuracy we can meet the needs of the customers,die without outward processing,can shorten the production time of the mould proofing and open,timely and efficient for customers to provide various types of products.

2,100 thousand dust-free workshop:configure two production lines,monthly capacity of 60 tons of blister products.The use of PET,PS,PP environmental protection materials,molding,punching,cutting,the completion of the incoming goods inspection room 100%complete inspection,inspection completed,sealed packaging,then sent to clean area,box shipment.The whole production process does not use any release agent assisted demoulding,do not use water cooling,to ensure that the plastic surface is clean without other pollution control of silicone oil,the product can be used in the field of high-end electronic medical equipment manufacturing and packaging.

3,open packing blister production workshop:configure four production lines,the maximum monthly capacity of 120 tons of plastic products.Production can use PET,PVC,PS,PP,HDPE,a variety of materials,products used in electronic consumer goods,cosmetics,toys and other products of the outer packing.
